Order Modification or Cancellation

  • Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After this timeframe, processing or production may have already begun, and changes may no longer be possible.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, along with gift cards, are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If applicable, we will issue a prepaid return label for you to print.
  • Return shipping costs are covered only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note: This return policy primarily applies to products with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transit. All other situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items).
  • To request an exchange, please contact us for a prepaid return label.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned in less than original condition.
